About Body Branding Tattoo Emporium
Body Branding Tattoo Emporium opened its doors in September of 1994.
We are considered the Pioneers of Tattoo Shops in Naples because we were the first officially licensed and insured Tattoo Parlor in Collier County.
Contrary to popular belief that tattooing was illegal in Naples, after much research and over a year of working with county officials, The Health Department and other various agencies that oversee our profession we were able to open our shop to the general public.
It has always been that our first and foremost concern is that we need to provide a safe, sterile and clean environment to provide our services, as well as being educated on all the health issues that are involved with tattooing. I myself as the owner throughout the years have been very involved with teaching numerous courses for the Red Cross including First Aid, CPR, AED and HIV and have always put a big emphasis on having everybody that works at this establishment well trained in those areas, as they are critical to our profession.
After opening our doors in September of 94 we started getting a lot of calls to do body piercing. One day a guy named Nemesis, whom was a piercer in Seattle, Washington came in to the shop looking for an opportunity to do piercing here in Naples. We struck a deal that I would allow him to pierce in the shop and he would teach me how to do body piercing and that is when we started offering piercing.
In 1997 we got together with a bar owner and radio advertisers and started a controversial promotion that included doing body piercing in the night club and that promotion was called Hell Night.
At this point in time things got far to busy for the little shop that I was in and we had to move to our premier location that we are in now. We have been in our current location since 1999, I have never been big on moving around a lot, as I always want my clients to be assured that we run a strong and stable establishment and they will have good access to us for all their tattooing and piercing needs. We recently did big renovations to our shop, so we can facilitate more artists and keep our establishment up to date with all the modern amenities.
Over the years we have been associated with some of the top notch organizations in the tattooing and piercing fields. We have been members in good standings with the National Tattoo Association, as well as The Association of Professional Piercers. We were also a member of the Florida Artist Guild.
Over the years we have attended countless conventions and conferences concerning our trades and we pride ourselves as being Naples oldest and most established Tattoo and Piercing Parlor and we will be here to serve you for many years to come.
